NL42 certified ISO 9001:2015
At NL42 we are glad to inform that we’ve just been confirmed the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
In order to support all our initiatives, consultancy services and Paperless Lab Academy management, we have worked hard to streamline also our processes with the acquisition of an “end-to-end” solution to support all our activities.
The automation of these tasks has allowed us to be more reliable and timelier in providing you our services.
During 2020, we have made a large investment to develop a Quality Management System and we are pleased to inform you that we have achieved the ISO9001 accreditation just few weeks ago.
We have applied the principles we aim to support our customers with and have implemented and validated our full set of processes completely digitalised. Funny enough we had some hard time to find a suitable company that accepted our processes were fully paperless.
We believe this is an additional demonstration of our continuous commitment to deliver always better services to our customers
